  • creating useful and attractive brand material under limited budget constraints
  • finding the perfect balance between functional information and inspiring brand content
  • making sure all departments, including after sales service, sales, and product development are deeply involved in the development of the content
  • making sure the same manual is available digitally  (development of an e-book)
